Minister of Health of Latvia will become a speaker of M-Health Congress Tallinn
Electronic platforms have been a compulsory element for all Latvian health care providers since 2018. How is the implementation of the electronic healthcare system going in the country? Anda Caksa will speak about this issue at M-Health Congress Tallinn on May 14.
Having a background in pediatrics and psychology, she became the Minister of Health of Latvia in 2016. Previously, she was the Head of the Children's Clinical University Hospital and worked as a psychotherapist in the plastic surgery clinic of Dr. Gilis.
Besides, Anda is a convention advisor at Riga Stradins University.
The speaker will make a presentation titled ‘Implementing e-health system in Latvia, tendencies in health sector, considering the ageing of the population in Europe’.
